Shipping policy

At Hols.e, we bring the spirit of the Caribbean to your doorstep. We take pride in ensuring your heritage-inspired pieces arrive safely and promptly.


1. Processing & Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days.

  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • International: Calculated via DHL/FedEx at live market rates.

3. International Orders & Customs

We ship worldwide! Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking Your Heritage

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.

5. Lost or Damaged Items

Hols.e is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team at support@holse.com to file a claim.


Note: For our Made-to-Order Caribbean Heritage pieces, please allow an additional 7–14 days for artisanal craftsmanship before shipping.
